Membership Levels and Terms
Membership fees are charged monthly and cover one treatment per calendar month. The available treatments are listed below the following treatment levels. Patients are required to pay their first and last month’s up front, with a 3-month minimum requirement. There is no start up or cancellation fees, but we do require 30-day notice before cancelling your membership. Services cannot be rolled over to another person or future months; services are applicable only to the purchaser during the month the membership is purchased.
This level is $149.99 per month and covers your choice of one Laser & Advanced Skincare Service monthly. If you choose to upgrade to a service outside of those listed, you will receive 15% off the service’s regular price.
Elite Members pay a monthly fee of $239.99. This cost includes one custom treatment per month and can include any services from our Laser and Advanced Skincare facials (excluding our KIS 5D Laser Facial) and can be layered as a multi-service treatment. Members will also receive 20% off the regular price of any excluded services.
Ultimate Members pay a monthly fee of $279.99. This cost includes one custom treatment per month and can include any services from our Laser and Advanced Skincare facials (excluding our KIS 5D Laser Facial) and can be layered as a multi-service treatment. Members will also receive 25% off the regular price of any excluded services.
Lash Loyalty
Receive rewards for getting your lash extensions from KIS Laser Clinic. For every 12 lash fills you receive, earn $80 of credit towards any laser treatment or skincare service! Better yet, this credit is transferrable and can be gifted to friends and family.
