Membership Levels and Terms

A membership fee will be automatically charged monthly, covering one or two treatments (included in the correlating membership) in that calendar month. When signing up, you agree to pay 2 months upfront (first and last month) and there is a 3 month minimum requirement. There is no startup fee or cancellation fee, but a 30-day notice is required before the membership can be cancelled. If you do not use your service in a specific month, services do not roll over to the following months and services cannot be booked for anyone other than the person with the membership. All terms are subject to change but will be given at least 60 days prior to enforcement.
